Warranty and return policies
Damaged or broken earrings: In the unfortunate event that a pair of earrings are damaged or one earring of a pair is lost, please send a photo of the damaged or broken earrings to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help determine if they can be repaired or replaced. Matching wood grain in the event of a lost earring, is difficult, but not impossible. Return shipping must be covered by the customer, and a quote for the proposed service and/or replacement will be provided via email.
Sales and return policies: We hope you absolutely love your new earrings or wooden wares, however, if an item arrives damaged, or is not what you were expecting, please contact us via the link at the bottom of the page and we will try to work with you to find a solution and make it right. Due to the personal nature, materials, and uses of our products, returns are generally not accepted, however, under certain circumstances we may make an exception.
